Terms & Conditions – 360 Jiu Jitsu Association
1. Annual 360 Jiu Jitsu Association Membership
The annual 360 Jiu Jitsu Association Membership fee is €39.50 per year and will be automatically debited from the member’s designated IBAN account.
Membership renews automatically each year unless written notice of cancellation is received by 360 Jiu Jitsu Association before January 1st.
Cancellations received after January 1st do not entitle the member to a refund of the annual membership fee.
The annual membership fee may be subject to an increase of up to 5% per year.

2. Liability
Training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu involves close physical contact and carries inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Jiu Jitsu instructors and the 360 Jiu Jitsu Association are not liable for any bodily injury, accidents, or related consequences arising during training.
Members are required to maintain appropriate personal or sports insurance.
By enrolling, the member confirms that he/she is in good health and will not participate in training if health conditions do not permit.
Members are liable for any damage caused to the school building, equipment, or furniture. Such costs will be charged to the member or their legal representative.
Members are also responsible for damage caused to the clothing or personal belongings of fellow students.
360 Jiu Jitsu instructors and the 360 Jiu Jitsu Association accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage of personal property left on the premises.

3. General Provisions
Techniques learned during training may only be applied in cases of self-defense.
Any change of address must be reported in writing or by email to the 360 Jiu Jitsu Administration as soon as possible.
360 Jiu Jitsu instructors reserve the right to adjust class schedules, training times, or locations when necessary. Members will be informed in advance whenever reasonably possible.
No group classes will be held on official public holidays or during vacation periods designated by the 360 Jiu Jitsu Association. Membership fees remain payable during these periods, as fees are calculated on an annual basis.
Students whose conduct or behavior damages the reputation of 360 Jiu Jitsu instructors or the 360 Jiu Jitsu Association may be denied further access to the school.
360 Jiu Jitsu instructors may unilaterally terminate the agreement if a student engages in misconduct on or near the school premises.

4. Miscellaneous
For minors, the membership agreement must also be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Knowledge and training materials provided through the 360 Jiu Jitsu Association are for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without explicit authorization.

5. Payment & Collection Policy
In the event of overdue payments:
Two written reminders will be issued, each subject to a €10 administration fee.
After the second reminder, the outstanding claim will be transferred to a collection agency.
All related collection costs will be charged to the member.
The member will be suspended from training until all outstanding fees are settled.

6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
